1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Plantio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About Plantio

Plantio is a plant care and watering reminder app designed to help users organize plant information, track watering history, manage reminders, store notes and photos, and receive general care-related insights.

Plantio is an informational lifestyle tool. It does not provide medical, veterinary, agricultural, or guaranteed horticultural advice.

3. Eligibility and Use

You may use Plantio only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to its code, services, or infrastructure.
• You agree not to use Plantio for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app, including plant names, notes, images, and reminder settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Plantio may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Prices, billing periods, and available subscription plans are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

5. Trial Offers and Promotions

From time to time, Plantio may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing for certain subscription plans. Eligibility, duration, and availability may vary and may be changed or withdrawn at any time where permitted by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in Plantio, including plant photos, notes, and related data. You grant only the limited rights necessary for the app to store, sync, display, and process that content for app functionality.

• You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise abusive.

7. Data Storage and iCloud

Plantio may store data locally on your device. If iCloud or related Apple sync features are available and enabled, some data may also sync through Apple services associated with your Apple account.

Sync availability may depend on device settings, Apple account status, network conditions, and Apple platform behavior. No uninterrupted or error-free sync is guaranteed.

8. Notifications, Widgets, and Integrations

Plantio may provide local notifications, widgets, shortcuts, watch integrations, and related convenience features. These depend on platform permissions and device support.

• You are responsible for reviewing reminder schedules and notification settings.
• Plantio is not liable for missed reminders caused by device settings, disabled permissions, operating system limitations, or third-party service failures.

9. No Warranty

Plantio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the app will prevent plant damage, illness, or loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirill Sutormin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, profits, business, or plant-related outcomes arising from or related to the use of Plantio.

This includes, without limitation, missed reminders, sync issues, inaccurate plant recommendations, feature downtime, purchase issues handled by third parties, or data loss caused by device deletion, reinstallation, account configuration, or cloud service behavior.

11. Termination

Access to Plantio may be limited, suspended, or terminated if required for legal, technical, operational, or security reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Plantio after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the app publisher, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
