By downloading, accessing, or using DMV Prep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. About the App

DMV Prep is a study and practice application designed to help users prepare for permit tests, road sign review, CDL topics, and related written exam content.

3. Eligibility and Proper Use

• You agree to use DMV Prep only in compliance with applicable laws.
• You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access to software, services, or infrastructure.
• You are responsible for how you use study content and for reviewing official state materials when needed.

4. Content and Accuracy

DMV Prep aims to provide useful practice material, but laws, exam formats, and state guidance can change. The app content is provided for educational convenience and may not always reflect the latest official state publication.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

DMV Prep may offer optional paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases that unlock premium features or additional study content. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s billing rules.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The app design, software, structure, and curated content of DMV Prep are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute app materials except as permitted by law.

7. No Warranty

DMV Prep is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kirill Sutormin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of DMV Prep.

This includes, without limitation, exam outcomes, missed notifications, purchase issues handled by third parties, content interpretation, or data loss resulting from deletion or device changes.

9. Termination

Access to DMV Prep may be limited, suspended, or terminated for legal, operational, technical, or security reasons. You may also stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of DMV Prep after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
